| 10th Annual 4th of July Car & Bike Show - Culpeper Downtown |
The 10th Annual 4th of July Car & Bike Show sponsored by Culpeper Renaissance, Inc. will take place in downtown Culpeper on Davis Street and at the Depot. This is an open show. The feature car for this year’s show will be Ford Thunderbirds, which will be on display directly in front of the depot. Be sure to join us Saturday, July 4th from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm for an exciting day to include a live DJ, fabulous giveaways, and great food. Registration for participants is 8:00 am – 10:00 am, with a vehicle pre-registration fee of $10 or an on-site registration of $15. Judging will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m., and the Awards Presentations will start at 2:30 pm with more than 50 trophies being awarded. The 8th Annual Bash at the Bridge hosted by the United States Muscle Car Federation features judged classes of the areas finest show cars, trucks, and motorcycles with awards being presented to 1st, and 2nd in each. The large grass show field features plenty of room for show vehicles, trailers, etc. as well as a large covered pavilion with picnic tables and clean indoor restrooms. Poker run Saturday July 11th. Registration, $20, starts at 8AM at Bayside Harley Davidson in Portsmouth. Costume contest; trophy awarded to registered participants best dressed in the era of their vehicle. Door prizes, food and music, free caps for first 50 registered participants. Round trip run approx. 70 miles. Event will begin at Bayside Harley Davidson and run West out to Smithfield and back.
