16th Columbus Chrysler Classic

Three days of Mopar drag racing, judged and non judged show field, swap meet, car corral and lots of MOPAR fun. Chrysler Classic offers the largest Mopar only drag racing point series sponsored by Mopar Collectors Guide Magazine. We host a total of six events. Our second show of the season takes place at the NATIONAL TRAIL RACEWAY, Herbon, Ohio, May 16-18. Show vehicles can be entered in the judged competition and try to qualify for the MOPAR WORLD FINALS held in Spetember at the famous Norwalk race way park or they can choose the non competiton show field. Police Memorial Car Show

Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 26 of Hampton, Va. will hold it's 2nd Annual Police Memorial Car & Motorcycle Show at the Hampton Chevrolet Dealership at 1073 W. Mercury Blv., in Hampton, VA. Registration begins promptly at 8:30 am and continues to around 12 noon. This event is open to all classes of cars and motorcycles and fees for registration will be $20/cars, $10/Motorcycles. A food vendor will be on site and 60s and 70s music will be played with trophies awarded and picked by registrants who attend the show..The Rain date for this event will be the 24th of May. SEVMC 2nd Annual All Makes and Models Spring Show Proceeds to Ben

May 17, 2008, SEVMC will host our 2nd annual all makes and models Spring Show. Because of the turn-out to last spring’s Show, the show will move to the North East Kohl’s parking lot at Pembroke Mall on the corner of Jeanne St and Constitution Dr. Very respectfully, E. Limon , Spring show Chairperson. • Pre-registration will be $20 first entry $15 each additional entry per owner by May 12th 2008. • Day of show registration will begin at 9:00 am and end at noon, $25 first entry $20 each additional entry per owner, please bring 2 cans of pet food in addition to your registration fee. • Judging will begin on vehicles no later than 1:00 pm or as soon as participants are ready. • Goodie bag and dash plaque to first 100 vehicles registered. • Breakfast burritos will be on sale during registration. • All day long games, raffles and music. • 3:00pm presentation of Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each class. Best in Show, Best Paint, Best Engine, Youngest/Oldest Driver, Club Participation, Furthest Distance traveled, SEVMC display People’s choice Award and 50/50 drawing.

Old Point Beacons Relay For Life Car show

The Old Point Beacons Relay for Life team is holding a car show on Saturday night, May 17, 2008, from 4PM to 8PM at Old Point National Bank, Eagle Harbor Shopping Center, 13480 Carrollton Blvd (Rt 17), one mile south of the James River Bridge, in Carrollton VA.
